During my training as a DJ and presenter, I learned to always be present and yet hold back. I internalized the saying “speaking is silver, silence is gold” or in my case “moderating is silver, making music is gold”. It is important to me that my role is not limited to being an entertainer or presenter, although I am very competent in these areas. My main goal is to create a unique atmosphere through musical performances and to convey emotions acoustically through the choice of music. Although I have not completed any IHK training in photography or videography, I am technically gifted and was able to acquire all the necessary knowledge self-taught. For example, I created my own website and programmed the DMX lighting system. I have a quick comprehension and can quickly understand and learn new things. That's why I developed my photography knowledge independently. I also learned how to use my Ableton Live recording studio, the Cyberlink Power Director Video Studio and the GoPro Quick App myself. I invest a lot of time because practice makes perfect. Various YouTube channels such as RevealRabbit, especially on the subject of drones, and Stephan Wiesner's channel on photography have helped me a lot. One project that particularly excited me was my work as DJ support for the band “City”. It was an unforgettable moment for me as I stood on stage right next to the violinist. Anyone who knows the song "Am Fenster" by City will be able to understand the overwhelming feeling of goosebumps that arose within me. Another highlight was my performance at the A-Danceclub in Vienna, where I was able to personally open for Jürgen Drews. As an encore he even got my private microphone and after singing the first sentence, he immediately turned to the sound engineer next to me and said: "Listen! This is what a microphone should sound like!" These words of praise made me very proud and it was an honor for me. I was also able to support Dante Thomas on a show stage. His well-known track “Mrs California” was accompanied by me and it was fantastic to see how the audience responded. I had another special experience at the sound check before an evening performance by Andreas Gabalier. He recorded a dropper (music jingle) on the recorder especially for me. I still play this one when I present his music - a real treat! Last but not least, I would also like to mention the 10 events for the Rose Monday Ball in Vorarlberg's largest party location at Cineplexx Hohenems. There I took turns leading the party band through the evening and brought the atmosphere to a boil in front of 2,000 guests during the breaks. It was a real highlight of my DJ career. Of course there were also great moments in my photography career, which I present on my homepage. But here I would like to follow the motto of a gentleman and enjoy in silence. Don't ask the professional's price, but instead inquire about their previous jobs. References with verifiable images are probably authentic. Not every DJ who claims to have worked in discos has done so regularly. And not every photographer applies with their own images.

Not every photographer uses high-quality equipment and may not be passionate about their work. Don't just look at the pictures, be sure to read the customer reviews too. And please also note that the first 10-20 reviews are often written by friends without the site operator checking their veracity.

Check the information carefully and be skeptical. If in doubt, let your gut feeling decide overnight. However, it is advisable to have a detailed conversation beforehand - by telephone or, even better, by video call or in person with a pleasant cup of tea or coffee.

I. Conclusion of contract and cancellation
1. By returning the completed questionnaire, you agree to enter into an informal written contract under civil law with us.
2. Cancellations on your part always require written form. Your deposit secures your appointment and is non-cancellable. However, the remaining payment can be canceled.
3. In the event of unforeseeable events, an appointment can be postponed free of charge after consultation.

II. Order confirmation and payment modalities
1. After placing your order, you will receive a written order confirmation and a first installment invoice amounting to 20% of the total amount as a deposit.
2. The remaining payment is 80% of the total price and is due at the time of the order. A payment term of 7 days from the order date is provided for this. (We consider discounts granted in the offer as cash discounts, as a price reduction when payment is made within a certain payment period, i.e. 7 days after the order date. Any reminders will be issued on the full invoice price, without taking the individual different discounts into account.)
3. The order cannot be carried out without receipt of the deposit on time. The deposit must therefore be made promptly to avoid overbooking.

III. Copyright and usage rights
1. The copyright to all photographs belongs to FSB 🔴 Feier-Service-Becker. The use of the photographs is only permitted with full payment.
2. Passing on or editing the photographs requires the prior consent of FSB 🔴 Feier-Service-Becker.

IV. Exclusions of liability and compensation
1. The liability of FSB 🔴 Feier-Service-Becker is limited to intent and gross negligence - except for damage to life, body or health.

I. General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with the photographer and are considered agreed unless there is an immediate objection.

2. “Photographs” in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions mean all products produced by the photographer, regardless of their technical form or medium (negatives, paper images, digital files, etc.).

 

II. Copyright

1. The photographer is entitled to the copyright to the photographs in accordance with the copyright law.

2. The photographs produced by the photographer are generally intended only for the use of the client.

3. If the photographer transfers usage rights to his works, usually only the simple usage right is transferred, unless expressly agreed otherwise. A transfer of usage rights requires a special agreement.

4. The rights of use are only transferred to the buyer after the fee has been paid in full to the photographer.

5. The person ordering an image in accordance with Section 60 of the Copyright Act has no right to reproduce and distribute the photograph unless the corresponding usage rights have been transferred. § 60 UrhG is explicitly waived.

6. When publishing and using the photographs - unless otherwise agreed - the photographer must be named as the author; Otherwise, he is entitled to assert claims for damages due to a violation of his right to be named.

7. The digital data/negatives remain with the photographer; they may only be issued to the client with a separate agreement.

8. Digitization, storage and reproduction of any kind (on data carriers) requires the photographer's prior written consent.

9. The processing of the photographer's photographs, their reproduction and distribution - whether analogue or digital - requires the photographer's prior consent. If a new work is created through photo composing, assembly or other electronic manipulation, it must be marked with [M]Zu. The authors of the works used and the author of the new work are considered co-authors within the meaning of Section 8 of the Copyright Act.

10. In the event of any unauthorized use, use, publication, reproduction or distribution of digital data and photographs (without the photographer's consent), a contractual penalty or claims for damages must be paid (amount to be calculated on a case-by-case basis).

 

III. Compensation and retention of title

1. For the creation of the photos, the client will be charged a fee in the form of an hourly or daily rate or an agreed flat rate plus VAT. Additional costs (travel costs, fashion fees, expenses, props, laboratory and material costs, studio rentals, etc.) must be borne by the client. For end consumers, prices include VAT.

2. Invoices due must be paid within 10 days without deductions. The client is in default if he has not paid due invoices no later than 30 days after receipt of an invoice or equivalent payment request. The photographer reserves the right to bring about the default earlier by sending a reminder.

3. The photos/digital data delivered remain the property of the photographer until the purchase price has been paid in full.

4. If the client has not given any specific instructions for the design of the photos, complaints regarding the image concept and artistic and technical design are excluded. If changes are desired during or after production, the client must bear these additional costs. The photographer retains the right to compensation even for work that has already been started."

 

IV. Liability

1. With regard to obligations that are not directly related to essential contractual obligations, the photographer and his vicarious agents are only liable in the event of intent or gross negligence. He also assumes responsibility for damage that may arise from culpable breaches of duty with regard to life, body or health as well as essential contractual obligations. Unless otherwise agreed, the photographer is only liable for damage to photographic objects, templates, films, displays, layouts and negatives in the event of intent or gross negligence.

2. The photographer stores digital data/negatives without guarantee. After three years have passed since completion of the order, he is entitled (but not obliged) to destroy them. Before destruction, the client will be notified and offered the opportunity to purchase the digital data/negatives (provided the address or telephone number is known and current).

3. If for some reason there are no longer any digital data/negatives (e.g. technical defect, water damage, fire or theft), the client is not entitled to a replacement.

4. The photographer is only liable for the lightfastness and durability of the photographs within the scope of the guarantee provided by the manufacturer of the photographic material used.

5. Images and templates are sent at the client’s expense and risk. Any liability for shipping is excluded.

6. The organization, awarding and execution of orders is carried out with the greatest care. However, if special circumstances arise (e.g. sudden serious illness, death in the immediate family, traffic accident or unexpected traffic jam) that cause the photographer to arrive late or not be able to appear at the agreed appointment, he assumes no liability for any resulting damage, losses or consequences .

 

V. Additional Obligations

1. You assure that you have the right to reproduce and distribute all submitted templates to the photographer and that you have the consent of the people depicted to publish, reproduce and distribute them. If third parties assert claims due to a breach of this obligation, these must be borne by you.

2. You undertake to provide the objects to be recorded in a timely manner and to collect them again immediately after recording. If you do not comply with the requests within two working days, the photographer will be entitled to charge storage costs if necessary or to remove the items at your expense if his studio space is blocked. Transport and storage costs are at your expense."

 

VI. Disruption of service, loss fee

1. If, for reasons that are not the photographer's responsibility, the time allotted for the execution of the order is significantly exceeded, the photographer's fee will increase accordingly, provided a flat rate price has been agreed. If an hourly or daily rate has been agreed, the photographer will also receive compensation for the waiting time, unless the client can prove that the photographer has not suffered any damage. In the event of intent or negligence on the part of the client, the photographer can also claim damages.

2. If the order has to be canceled by the client for any reason, compensation will be due. The amount of this compensation depends on the period between the cancellation and the originally agreed date: 6 months beforehand it is 10% of the fee; 3 months earlier it was 30%; a month before it's 50% and from two weeks before until the day of the appointment it's a full 100%.

3. Delivery dates for photographs are only considered bindingly confirmed by the photographer if this was explicitly done. If the deadline is exceeded, the photographer is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence."

 

VII. Use and distribution

1. The distribution of the photographer's photographs on the Internet, in intranets, in online databases as well as on diskettes, CD-ROMs or similar storage media is only permitted with a special agreement between the photographer and the client.

2. The distribution of digitized photos on the Internet, in intranets and on screen and print devices requires the photographer's prior written consent.

3. The reproduction and distribution of versions of his photos electronically edited by the photographer requires the photographer's prior written consent.

4. The photographer is not obliged to hand over data carriers, files or data to the client unless this has been expressly agreed in writing.

5. If the client wants data carriers, files or data to be made available to him, these should be agreed upon and paid for separately.

6. As soon as the photographer provides the contractor with data media, these may only be changed with the photographer's prior consent.

7. The risk for the transport of data media online and offline lies with the customer; The method of transmission can be determined by the provider.

 

VIII. Final provisions The place of fulfillment for all obligations arising from this contractual relationship is at the location of the photographer, unless a customer is affected. If both parties are merchants, public legal entities or a public special fund institution, the photographer's place of business is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
