Terms and Conditions: By sending the completed questionnaire you are placing a binding order for our service.

After receipt of your order, you will receive a written order confirmation from us and a first installment invoice amounting to 20% of the total amount as a deposit. The final invoice for the remaining 80% will be made on the order date. This will be sent to you by email the week before the order date and will be handed over personally in letter form on the evening of the event. Your deposit protects you against overbooking. Your deposit cannot be canceled, the remaining payment can. However, your appointment can be rescheduled free of charge if necessary. Any cancellation must be made in writing. The final invoice is issued with the order date. There is no payment deadline for the down payment (1st installment invoice), but without a down payment there is no departure for the order. Payment deadline for the final invoice is 7 days after the order date. Any reminders will be written to the full invoice price without taking discounts into account. In exceptional cases, longer payment periods can be agreed; this must be in writing. In your own interest, please plan your final invoice payment on time. We guarantee you impeccable service and look forward to your honest and fair review.
